Watch Dr. Bronners Magic Soapbox: Excellent Complete Documentary Film

I was first introduced to Dr. Bronner's Magic Soaps in Northern Minnesota by the camp counselors at the Big O, and have been using these soaps ever since.  I used to think it was "hippy soap" and that the labels were totally crazy, then I thought it was great soap with labels that made a bit of sense, and now I think it's an exemplary product produced by an visionary company and that the labels are brilliantly disseminating wisdom.  After watching this film I'm even more impressed.

Fun fact #1: Dr. Bronner was committed to an insane asylum for promoting ideas decades ahead of his time.

Fun fact #2: Dr. Bronner was vehemently opposed to water fluoridation all the way back in 1954!

Dr. Bronner preached about global unification.  Though his depiction of God as an "Eternal Father" may be  dated and seen as sexist by modern standards, his ideas about unification and selflessness are timeless.

Interestingly, at the same time that people like Dr. Bronner have been promoting a global unification based on selflessness, there are powerful forces promoting a global unification based on selfishness.  For many years the global financial elites have sought to forge a "New World Order" based on the love of money. This idealogy is fundamentally flawed because the love on money is the root of all evil.

While the notion of global unification may be shared Dr. Bronner and his acolytes approach it from a much sounder philosophical, theological, and economical perspective.  Check it out!
