James Corbett reports on the recently passed NDAA authorizing the unlawful detainment of American Citizens. On the heels of Obama's New Years Eve signing of the NDAA, a complimentary bill is now making it's way through DC: H.R. 3166, the Enemy Expatriation Act which would authorize stripping Americans labeled enemies of their US Citizenship. H.R. 3166 was introduced in the Fall of 2011, but it is just starting to make the headlines now.
