Hats off to Jim Lee of Terraforming, Inc. for (yet again) coming across and sharing game-changing information on the topic of advanced weather and climate modification.
Apparently an Australian company named Aquiess has been implementing electromagnetic frequency technologies to direct atmospheric moisture over drought stricken areas or forest fires and inducing rainfall where it is needed.
Many independent researchers have come to realize that this technology exists and that it has been experimented with extensively for the better part of a century and has been implemented covertly on a large scale by governmental organizations for well over a decade.
This Aquiess information is the first I have ever heard of a private company openly admitting their capabilities and marketing their services. Apparently Aquiess has been working on their tech since 1999, but this is the first I have heard of the company.
The company name certainly is interesting, and perhaps a word play on "aqua" (water) and "acquiesce"...

I'm not sure what to make of this and am excited to see where this information leads in the coming days.
Here we see an interview of CEO David Miles explaining the technology on a Kenyan news broadcast...
Aquiess has developed a system that utilizes the electromagnetic patterns associated with atmospheric flow of weather systems above the oceans. Advances in mathematical computing, permit us to investigate, understand and modify seasons as a corrective measure, says CEO David Miles, who has been working with this technology since 1999. At the moment, I'm almost speechless.
I find myself happy for the confirmation that the technology exists but troubled by the moral and ethical implications. After all, if there's one thing we've all learned it's that technological advancement has outpaced society's ethical evolution and it is all too possible that technologies like this will benefit the highest bidder and leave the already impoverished bone dry.
It seems that Aquiess, Inc. is keen on helping those suffering from droughts. Will governments and other corporations uphold those standards or just pretend to.
